Danny Rose is currently on England duty, with the national team set to play Malta on Saturday.

Danny Rose has admitted that his club boss Mauricio Pochettino would be “amazing” as England manager, speaking to Sky Sports.
The national side are on the lookout for a new manager following the departure of Sam Allardyce after just one game, with under-21s boss Gareth Southgate taking over the reigns for the next four games, starting on Saturday against Malta.

However, Rose has been discussing the possibility of his current manager Pochettino managing the England team in the future, giving the Argentinian a brilliant reference.
“It would be amazing to have him as England manager one day,” Rose told Sky Sports.
“What he’s done for Tottenham is clear for everyone to see, with the squad he’s built, and that would only be good for English football if that was ever to be the case.”
Spurs have enjoyed a strong start to the Premier League so far, with Sunday’s win over Manchester City making them the only unbeaten side left in the top flight of English football.

Pochettino’s side came close to league title last season, eventually finishing third, but the efforts of the North London club did not go unnoticed, with the Argentine boss using a core of English players to almost win the Premier League.
Players like Rose, Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Kyle Walker all flourished last season, and have became integral parts of the England set up. Pochettino’s ability to nurture English talent has been very beneficial to the national team, and the current Spurs boss could have an even bigger influence if he was the actual England manager.
