Michail Antonio has been linked with a move away from West Ham United in the summer transfer window.

Former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Danny Murphy has suggested in The London Evening Standard that West Ham United should hand Michail Antonio a new contract.
Antonio has been on the books of West Ham since 2015 and has a contract with the London club until June 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
According to a recent report in The Times, Antonio will look to leave Hammers in the summer transfer window after falling out with the club’s board.

It has been reported that the former Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday winger has rejected a new deal with the Hammers as he is not happy at being offered significantly lower wages than Robert Snodgrass and Jose Fonte, both of whom moved to the London club in the January transfer window.
The Times has claimed that the 27-year-old earns £35,000 per week as salary at West Ham, and the winger wants to leave the London Stadium in the summer.
Antonio has scored nine goals and created 31 chances 29 Premier League appearances for Slaven Bilic’s side this season.

Former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder Murphy has explained why West Ham should hand Antonio a new contract.
“Antonio is in contract discussions with the club and they need to get that sorted quickly,” Murphy wrote in The London Evening Standard.
“He epitomises what many fans want from their players: he works hard, he wants to improve and they see the benefits of his work rate.
“By rewarding Antonio, West Ham would show that you don’t have to be a high-profile signing from a wealthier club to earn a big contract. If they could tie him down, it would send a strong message.”
