Joe Hart returned to the West Ham United side with disastrous results last time out but Danny Murphy still feels he should go to the World Cup.

The Hammers are in the thick of a relegation battle while fan unrest has come to a head with supporters invading the pitch to protest against the way the club has been run by co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold and vice-chairman Karren Brady.
The scenes in the 3-0 home defeat to Burnley last time out sent shockwaves through football and England goalkeeper Joe Hart found himself at the centre of events.
Returning to the side three months after losing his place to Adrian in December, Hart picked the ball out of the net three times in the must win game against Sean Dyche’s side.
With his England future in the balance and the source of much debate the focus was on Hart throughout.
But he spilled a shot which gifted Burnley their third goal and also found himself restraining fans alongside skipper Mark Noble after a number of pitch invasions.
However, former Premier League star Danny Murphy has explained to Sky Sports why he would still take Hart to the World Cup in Russia as part of the England squad.
“I think with Hart the experience he would offer is fantastic and he seems like the type of lad who is a good pro and will help out,” Murphy told Sky Sports.
“If one of the young lads started and struggled would you then go with another inexperienced player or would you go for experience? I’d take Hart.”
Murphy may want to take Hart but many Hammers fans want to see him dropped to the bench again in favour of Adrian for the crucial game against Southampton this weekend.
