Liverpool will welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Anfield at the weekend with Jurgen Klopp’s side hoping to maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.

Danny Murphy has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane won’t get any better in his career and someone like Jurgen Klopp would take him at Liverpool ahead of Bobby Firmino.
The former Liverpool and Tottenham man thinks that Kane, 26, is now the ‘finished article’, who can play for any team in the world, including the European Champions.
Liverpool will welcome Spurs to Anfield on Sunday, where Kane will be hoping to lead his team to three points and potentially ends the Premier League leaders unbeaten start to the season.
Nonetheless, Speaking to Drive on TalkSport (23/10/2019 at 5:20 pm), Murphy shared his thoughts on whether Kane would ever leave Spurs in order to win a trophy.
“Will he ever get to the point where he does want to leave being a Tottenham boy?” Murphy asked on TalkSport. “I think every player does get to the point where you lose the loyalty aspect because you want to win trophies and I think that time might come. But is he the type of guy, and I don’t think he is, to jump ship at the first sign of things going backwards?
“He’s certainly capable of playing in any team in the world. I don’t think he can get better. I think he has the lot already. He is the finished article. He has a strong mentality. Physically very good, and when he’s fit and at it, he is one of the best. I think he has a big decision to make.
“This season realistically, they are not going to win the league, and they’re not going to win the Champions League – If Kane were to be in City or Liverpool’s team they aren’t going to be any weaker, are they? No. He could play instead of Aguero. And I think you would take him ahead of Firmino. I don’t want that to underestimate Firmino’s importance to Liverpool, but if you were Jurgen Klopp and you said you can have Kane? He’d score more goals.”

Kane is one of the top marksmen in the world and on his day he is arguably the best number nine in world football.
In recent seasons, injuries have halted his chances of winning the Golden Boot, but if he can stay fit then he will be hoping to challenge the likes of Mo Salah and Sadio Mane this season.
Kane has played nine Premier League games for his side this season, scoring five goals and supplying his teammates with one assist [transfermarkt].
