Leeds United and Middlesbrough are doing well in the Championship this season.

Mills was on the books of Leeds from 1999 until 2004, and the former England international right-back also had a loan spell at Middlesbrough during the 2003-04 season.
Both Leeds and Middlesbrough have made a strong start to the season and are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship.
Mills has said that he would prefer playing for Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds to featuring for Tony Pulis’s Middlesbrough.
Leeds Live quotes 41-year-old Mills as saying when asked which team he would prefer playing for, Bielsa’s Leeds or Pulis’s Middlesbrough: “Leeds, no doubt. They (Leeds) remind me of the side I played in, although we were a little dirtier.”

Understandable pick
Mills picking Leeds over Middlesbrough is understandable. While Pulis is a very good manager, his style of football is effective but not pleasing to the eye.
Boro could well go on to win the Championship title this season, but they are unlikely to capture the imagination of neutral fans.
As for Leeds, Bielsa have made the Whites a hugely entertaining team to watch, and there is no doubt that they have been the best side in the Championship so far this campaign.
