Ben White joined Leeds United on loan in the summer transfer window.

The former Leeds right-back has admitted that he was unsure about White when the 21-year-old joined the Whites on loan from Premier League outfit Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer transfer window.
Mills, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, has since been impressed with the youngster, who can also operate as a right-back.
The Sky Sports pundit has also suggested that White is opposite to the defender he replaced at Leeds, Pontus Jansson – who left for Championship rivals Brentford in the summer transfer window.
Mills said about White on Sky Sports Main Event (12:40pm, August 10, 2019): “I was a little bit unsure to start with, having not seen a lot of him, as many people hadn’t. He is very, very calm on the ball, very assured, can clearly play, but I was also impressed with his defending at times, he was happy to put his foot in, he was happy to make tackles.
“Jansson wanted to be hero here, and and he was more focused on being a fans’ favourite and hero at times, whipping the crowd into a frenzy, didn’t always concentre on just being a good player, I think Ben White’s the opposite of that.”

Good signing for Leeds United
White did not any experience in the Championship when he joined Leeds on loan from Brighton, but the youngster has done well for Marcelo Bielsa’s side so far.
The central defender has looked composed and assured at the back, and has taken everything in his stride.
According to WhoScored, in two Championship appearances for Leeds this season, White had a pass accuracy of 84.7%, won 2.5 headers per match, and made three tackles, two interceptions and 3.5 clearances per game.
