Danny Mills expects Watford and Huddersfield Town to go down.

Former England full-back Danny Mills has named two teams he expects to be relegated this coming season.

Mills says he believes Watford will go down along with newly promoted Huddersfield Town.

He added that he felt it was too difficult at this stage to predict a third team.

Danny Mills speaks during the FA Chairman's England Commission Press Conference at Wembley Stadium on May 8, 2014 in London, England.

Speaking to SkySports News Morning View (8/8 10.30am), Mills responded when asked to project who will drop down to the Championship.

He said: “I think Watford might have a difficult season. Huddersfield, can they stay up, they have spent money but their wage bill is very low, it’s not huge investment compared to everybody else.

“It’s very difficult to pick another as the transfer window not finished.”

Huddersfield were a surprise team to earn promotion and they will not mind being written off, as they were used to it in the Championship.

This is Watford’s third successive season in the Premier League and once again they have a new manager, former Hull City boss Marco Silva.

Last season Watford finished in 17th place although never really seemed in serious danger of relegation. This season Mills believes they may not be so fortunate.
