Sherwood raved about Spurs striker Harry Kane.
England’s Harry Kane
Danny Mills has told BBC Radio 5 Live that Tim Sherwood claimed Harry Kane is the most confident footballer he had ever seen.
Sherwood, who played alongside Alan Shearer at Blackburn, managed Kane at Tottenham and even handed him his Premier League debut.

Speaking to 5 Live’s Monday Night Club (29/5), Mills said: “I spoke to Tim Sherwood, he told me Kane is the most confident player he has ever seen.
“He’s got one assist. Every time he gets the ball he shoots. Missing doesn’t affect him in the slightest.”
Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane wins the 2015/16 Barclays Golden Boot Award, scoring 25 goals.
Fellow pundit Chris Sutton added that he is also impressed with the Golden Boot winner. He said: “I’m surprised at just one assist. His link up is underrated, he is a complete footballer.”
Kane has displaced Wayne Rooney as England’s biggest goal threat, and will lead the line for the Three Lions this summer at Euro 2016, his first tournament.
His confidence will reach new levels if he can fire England deep into the tournament, and bookies are offering short odds on Kane finishing as the Euro 2016 top scorer, priced with 14/1 with SkyBet, level with Robert Lewandowski, and behind only Cristiano Ronaldo, Thomas Muller, and Antoine Griezamnn.
