Leeds United will take on their former player and Charlton manager Lee Bowyer this Saturday.

TalkSport pundit Danny Mills has seemingly suggested that Eddie Nketiah is ready to start for Leeds United in the Championship as he stated that he is ‘up to speed’ with Marcelo Bielsa’s demands.
Former Whites player Mills referred to the time that Bielsa left his new signings at home during Leeds’ pre-season tour of Australia earlier on in the summer.
Bielsa’s system would be very demanding to the new player, but once the individual gets used to it then they would thrive, as numerous players have proved during these past 18 months – From Kalvin Phillips to Stuart Dallas.
But speaking to TalkSport, Mills pointed towards the lack of league starts for summer signing duo Helder Costa and Nketiah, who have only started in the cup games, thus far.
“You have got Helder Costa who has hardly had a start in the league,” Mills told TalkSport. “Eddie Nketiah has come in, he’s been scoring from the bench and the cup games. He is yet to start in the league.
On whether they are fit: “Well, Bielsa didn’t take them to Australia all the new signings, he left them all behind. He only did three days in Australia himself and then came home to just basically run them and make sure that they were super fit.
“He said at the start of the season, ‘Nketiah will take a couple of weeks to get up to speed’. He’s played in the cup games, so he is up to speed.”

Given the qualities of Nketiah and Costa have in their locker, they would start for most if not all Championship teams, as the calls for them to be named in the starting XI will only get louder following Saturday’s result with Derby.
At this moment in time, Bielsa has stuck with Patrick Bamford up front, but his inability to put away clear-cut chances is becoming a problem.
Added with that, Jack Harrison produced a poor display against Derby last time out, so perhaps Costa is now ready to be brought into the starting fold ahead of Leeds’ clash against Charlton on Saturday.
