Leeds United are currently in fourth place in the Championship table.
Danny Higginbotham has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 9th December, that he thought both Kalvin Phillips and Ronaldo Vieira were brilliant for Leeds United against Aston Villa.
Leeds have a number of promising players coming through at Elland Road, and Higginbotham has praised Garry Monk for having the faith to play them.
The former Manchester United and Stoke City defender was particularly impressed by Phillips and Vieira, who caught the eye in midfield last weekend.

“I was at Leeds United last week, and they have some brilliant youngsters coming through,” Higginbotham said. “They had Phillips and Vieira in midfield, and they were both fantastic.”
Leeds won 2-0 against Villa in their latest outing, after putting in a very impressive performance.
The Whites scored their goals through Kemar Roofe and Chris Wood to claim the three points.
Leeds are now in fourth place in the Championship table, and they are next in action this evening against Brighton & Hove Albion at the AMEX Stadium.
If Leeds can get past Chris Hughton’s side they will move up to third place and to within just four points of the automatic promotion spaces.
