Daniel Sturridge scored for Liverpool against Chelsea on Saturday.

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Chelsea and to the fans of the Merseyside outfit.
Sturridge featured for Liverpool in their Premier League match against Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The England international striker did not start the match, but the 29-year-old came on as a substitute in the 86th minute.
The former Manchester City striker scored the equalising for goal for Liverpool just three minutes later, as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Sturridge has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result and has thanked the travelling Liverpool fans for their support.

The English striker has also stated that he respects Chelsea, having been on the books of the London club from 2009 until 2013.
Sturridge scored against Chelsea on Wednesday as well, as Jurgen Klopp’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat to the Blues at Anfield in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
