Levy broke Tottenham’s transfer record this summer, with the purse-strings loosened slightly.
However, the positive impact of that spending is yet to be felt at Tottenham, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side struggling for form.
Spurs have looked out of sorts throughout the season so far, and part of the reason for that could be because they failed to shift out as many players as they wanted.
It appears that some players at Tottenham are now looking for new challenges.
And Levy admits that Spurs didn’t find buyers for every player that they wanted this summer.
“DL said that THFC had been one of the biggest spenders among Premier League clubs in the recent transfer window. It had also not generated all the sales the club had hoped for,” the supporters trust’s report of the meeting said.

Levy didn’t go on to mention which players Spurs were looking to move on, but plenty of players could fit the criteria.
The likes of Serge Aurier, Danny Rose and Victor Wanyama were all heavily linked with exits from Spurs, while Toby Alderweireld, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen are all in the final year of their contracts with the club.
Tottenham return to action this weekend, when they take on Watford, and the pressure is on them to get the three points.
