Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly reportedly goes into the team’s dressing room, and it seems that Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has started to follow his lead, according to what he is claimed to have done after the match against Newcastle United at St. James’ Park on Sunday afternoon.

The Daily Mail reported this weekend how Chelsea co-owner Boehly often goes into the team’s dressing room after matches.

The American businessman reportedly spoke to the Chelsea players after the defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion.

And it seems that Tottenham chairman Levy is starting to think that it is a good idea to speak to his team’s players after losses.

According to ChronicleLive reporter Lee Ryder on Twitter, after the heavy defeat to Newcastle at St. James’ Park on Sunday afternoon, Spurs chairman Levy decided to head into the Tottenham dressing room.

Spurs went down 6-1 to the Magpies.

We do not know what Levy has said to the Tottenham players.

It will be interesting to see if we get anything from that in the coming days from newspapers and media reports.

Now, we have to keep things in perspective.

Yes, Tottenham were embarrassing and the players were dire against Newcastle, but they are still very much in the race for the Premier League top four this season.

Spurs could still end up in the UEFA Champions League places for next season.
