Tottenham Hotspur signed Serge Aurier on the deadline day from PSG.

Former West Ham United player and now football pundit Daniel Gabbidon has showered praise on Tottenham Hotspur’s new signing Serge Aurier.
The 24-year-old joined Spurs on the deadline day from French outfit Paris Saint-Germain for a fee in the region of £23 million, as reported by BBC.

Spurs had already agreed a deal for the Ivory Coast international but the deal was held up by work permit complications.
Aurier is a two-time French title winner and he will replace Kyle Walker – who joined Manchester City this summer – at right-back.

The defender is known for his menacing pace down the flanks, and Gabbidon has issued a warning to Premier League wingers, saying it will be a waste of energy to chase Aurier down.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino used young Kyle Walker-Peters at right-back in the opening Premier League match against Newcastle United.
Although he is a talented youngster and could go on to represent the club for a long time in the future, Spurs didn’t want to miss the chance to add a quality player like Aurier to their squad.
