The Sheffield Wednesday striker is currently impressing on loan to Norwich City.

Daniel Farke has told the Pink ‘Un that Norwich City is the “perfect place” for Sheffield Wednesday’s Jordan Rhodes.
Rhodes moved on loan to Norwich in the summer and scored a hat-trick in the Canaries’ 4-3 win against Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday – taking his seasonal goals tally to five in 11 matches.
The 28-year-old only scored 10 in 55 for Wednesday, who made him their club-record signing for around £8 million in February 2017.
And Farke, it seems, is pleased with Rhodes’ progress.
“His reaction after being left out (against Middlesbrough) was so good,” said the Norwich manager. “He told me he enjoys it so much to play in this yellow shirt and with these lads. In terms of his quality on this level he has an unbelievable instinct inside the box.
“The second thing is his attitude. He is highly motivated to score and focused on doing so but not in a selfish way, more like he wants to help the team and work for the team. That is crucial.

“When you have those together you deserve all the luck and it is then up to the team to prepare as many situations as we can to bring him closer to the opponent’s goal.
“Jordan doesn’t need any more motivation. He is a big character. Maybe in the last few years he was struggling to play and be involved. For that reason, I think Norwich is the perfect place for him.
“He has a team and a coach and fans who love him. Our style of play suits him a lot.”
It is unclear whether Norwich have an option to sign Rhodes permanently at the end of his loan spell, although given Sheffield Wednesday’s options in attack – the Owls have Steven Fletcher, Lucas Joao, Atdhe Nuhiu and Sam Winnall all under contract beyond the end of the current season – and recent problems with the EFL’s Profit & Sustainability rules, the Yorkshire side may be open to a sale.
