Daniel Cormier doesn’t think fans will see a finish when Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson meet in the ring.
Mayweather and Tyson announced this week that they’ll square off in an exhibition bout sometime next year.

Mayweather and Tyson have never had much time for each other. Their differences go back to when Mayweather said he was greater than Muhammad Ali, which didn’t sit well with Tyson.
The pair will finally get the chance to settle their feud, but Cormier isn’t expecting one of them to get stopped inside the ring.
Daniel Cormier backs up bold prediction on Mike Tyson vs Floyd Mayweather
Cormier broke down his reasons during a video posted on his own YouTube channel.
“Mike’s too old, Mike can still punch,” he said. “This is gonna be interesting… I’m not as interested in it now that I am when it gets announced or right before it happens. Because we will watch. “We can say whatever we want about these fights that are spectacles, but people watch. When you have two names as big as this… people are going to tune in.”
“If there’s anything that I learned from this past weekend with Jake Paul fighting Nate Diaz is… do not underestimate how much bigger boxing feels than mixed martial arts,” Cormier added. “The Conor McGregor fight against Floyd was so big, but that came on the heels of so much build-up and hype… That happened because of who Conor was at the time.””
Daniel Cormier doesn’t see Floyd Mayweather getting KO’d by Mike Tyson
Daniel Cormier isn’t convinced that Floyd Mayweather will get knocked out by Mike Tyson.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, the former UFC champion said: “One thing I do know we won’t see is Mike Tyson starch Floyd Mayweather.”
He went on to add: “Could you imagine if he just knocks out Floyd and Floyd is that much smaller?
“It would be the most viewed thing you’d ever see on TV. The clips would be the most viral s— you’d ever seen in your life.”

There’s no question that Tyson vs Mayweather is going to draw huge attention, even if it does feel a bit out of left field.
Still, there’s at least one fighter who thinks he should’ve been the one stepping into the ring with ‘Money’ instead.
After the fight was announced, a well-known boxer spoke up and said he felt Mayweather made the wrong choice.
