Glasgow Rangers winger Daniel Candeias has suggested that he is happy at Ibrox and has no plans to move.

Daniel Candeias has told Remate Digital that he has no plans to leave Rangers in the near future, and insisted that his goal is to give the supporters the title that they deserve.
Candeias has become a real fan favourite during his time at Ibrox. The 31-year-old has made 78 appearances in all competitions during his two seasons with the Gers, scoring 13 times and providing an impressive number of assists.
He struggled for game time during the latter stages of this past season and faces an even tougher task trying to get into the side next term with Steven Gerrard already adding to his wide options this summer.
But Candeias insisted that he has no plans to leave the Light Blues anytime soon and hopes to get his hands on the Scottish Premiership trophy before too long.

“I always have to do better than the previous season. That’s about winning titles because a club like Rangers lives with it and those fans deserve it for the support they always give. That is my main goal, to help the club,” he told Remate Digital.
“At this moment I do not think of going back. I always follow our championship and I want to play again, but not for now. I want to stay abroad for a few years.”
The Portuguese’s form may be criticised at times, but he is certainly the kind of player that the large majority of Rangers fans would want to see stay for another year at least.

He does have that piece of quality up his sleeve and his defensive contributions have helped ensure that he will probably leave having secured cult-hero status amongst the Rangers fans.
But perhaps he could still yet upgrade that to legendary status by helping Rangers end their wait for a league title next season.
