Rangers have been linked with bringing Daniel Bachmann to Ibrox.

Watford goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann has told LAOLA1 in his native Austria that he is flattered by so much interest in his signature – but he must play regularly.
Bachmann, 24, was on the books of Stoke City, but left for Watford in 2017 without ever making an appearance for Stoke, continuing his career as a backup.
However, he’s hit the headlines this season for a series of superb performances on loan at Kilmarnock in Scotland, featuring regularly under Steve Clarke.
Bachmann has been superb in the Kilmarnock goal, but is set to return to Watford this summer, when a host of clubs are expected to move for his services.
Bachmann recently told LAOLA1 that Rangers want to sign him, whilst their report noted that Hannover 96 and Stuttgart are both keen on signing Bachmann too.
Now, Bachmann has made new comments, suggesting that he’s flattered by all the interest in his signature, but the key factor in his future is playing time, meaning a move to a club where he would be the number one is seemingly in his plans.

“I am glad that there are many interested clubs, but for me playing time is crucial,” said Bachmann.
That may just rule out a move to Rangers, as Allan McGregor is the clear first choice at Ibrox. Wes Foderingham may move on this summer, but that would see Bachmann become second choice, arriving as a Foderingham replacement.
McGregor’s age means Bachmann could be Rangers number one in the near future, but his new comments suggest that he’s not willing to take such a gamble having spent so many years as a backup.
