The on loan Celtic man has a long way back from the serious injury that has kept him out since last year.

The Australian international makes way for new signing Hatem Abd Elhamed, who is more urgently needed and potentially fit enough to feature in the two legs.
The decision made by Neil Lennon and his coaching staff will simply be a numbers game, rather than a signal of intent with regards to Arzani’s future, but it does make it clear that the young winger is not on the verge of a Celtic comeback.
He suffered a serious knee injury last year just minutes into his debut against Dundee and has been missing from action ever since.
Signing on a two-year loan from Manchester City last summer, he does still have a bit of time to return and attempt to get some appearances under his belt a the Hoops.
However, his latest omission is a reminder of just how difficult that task will be.
Celtic are blessed with plenty of good wide attacking options right now. Homegrown talents James Forrest and Mikey Johnston are leading the way on the right and left flanks.
Supported by players such as Scott Sinclair and Marian Shved, even if Arzani was fit, it’s hard to see quite where he’d fit in on current form.

When you consider that he also missed Celtic’s pre-season work in Austria and hasn’t had any game time to try and get back up to speed, the clock suddenly starts to tick down towards the end of his current loan contract.
If he makes a return, Celtic fans are likely still going to be intrigued by what he can offer.
The 20-year-old showed promise in last summer’s World Cup and hasn’t been signed by an elite club like Man City for a laugh, so the talent is there.
Can Lennon find a way to give him a platform at Celtic Park and show it off?
