Darren Bent has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal winning against Leeds United at Elland Road in the Premier League, saying that Patrick Bamford did cause the Gunners problems.

Arsenal have got the better of Leeds 1-0 away from home this afternoon.

England international attacker Bukayo Saka scored the only goal of the match in the first half.

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker and Arsenal fan Bent has praised Leeds for their performance.

The talkSPORT pundit has added that Leeds striker Bamford made the home team more dangerous, but he is pleased to see Arsenal pick up all three points from the match.

England international striker Bamford came on as a substitute and failed to convert a penalty.

The striker also had other chances during his time on the pitch.

Darren Bent on Arsenal win v Leeds United, Patrick Bamford

In our view, Arsenal were not at their best against Leeds United at Elland Road today.

If the match had ended in a draw or if Leeds had won it, then we do not think that Arsenal would have complained.

The Whites were arguably the better side in the second half and were probably unlucky that they could not pick up a point given the chances they had and the way they played.
