Curtis Woodhouse has predicted on Twitter that reported Arsenal target Sander Berge will not be at Sheffield United next season.
The former United midfielder made the prediction about the 22-year-old midfielder while watching him in action during the Blades’ 1-0 defeat to West Bromwich Albion away from home at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
A report in VG this month claimed that the Gunners wanted to sign the youngster before he moved to Premier League rivals United from Genk in January 2020.
The report added that the North London club are still interested in the Norway international, as covered by HITC Sport here.
How did Sander Berge play against West Bromwich Albion?
Berge started the match for United against West Brom and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The Norway international had a very good game in the middle of the park, was very comfortable on the ball, tried to make things happen, and drove the team forward.
According to WhoScored, the 22-year-old midfielder took one shot, played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 97.6%, won two headers, took 64 touches, attempted three dribbles, and made two tackles and four clearances.
