Everton won at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Monday.

Everton maintained their good run of form on Monday evening, as they got the better of Swansea City 3-1 at home in the Premier League.
Swansea, who are fighting for survival in the top flight of English football, actually took the lead at Goodison Park in the 35th minute, but the Toffees launched a comeback and picked up all three points from the encounter.
Wayne Rooney scored yet again for the Merseyside outfit, finding the net from the penalty spot in the 73rd minute.
The former Manchester United star could have actually bagged another one had his spot kick in first-half injury time not been saved by Swansea goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski (Dominic Calvert-Lewin turned home the rebound).

The 32-year-old former England international, who can operate as a forward or as an attacking midfielder, did not have a great game on a personal level, but he did get the goal and that will have enhanced his confidence.
Former Sheffield United and Birmingham City midfielder Curtis Woodhouse was following the match, and he was initially critical of Rooney on social networking site Twitter but later praised him.
Meanwhile, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher made an observation about the Reds and the Toffees getting penalties.
