Lineker name-checked numerous highly rated England players on Twitter but not the Eagles star.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has made quite a name for himself as one of the best youngsters in the Premier League since his breakthrough into the Crystal Palace team last season.
The 21-year-old’s Eagles debut came about due to an injury crisis at Selhurst Park, with even the official club website describing it as an “enforced” change at the time.
Nonetheless, out of adversity comes opportunity, and Wan-Bissaka has prospered under Roy Hodgson’s tutelage to the point that he is now indispensable for Palace.
Indeed, he has made 31 appearances in all competitions this season, including 27 in the Premier League, according to Transfermarkt, while at international level, he has turned out for England Under-21s.
Needless to say, Wan-Bissaka is right up there with the best English youngsters around at the minute, but one of the country’s leading pundits, Gary Lineker, did not include him in his Twitter list of home-grown prospects (unless you count the “I could go on” bit at the end):
Needless to say, some Palace fans were not impressed and let the Three Lions legend know their thoughts on the social media platform:
Wan-Bissaka, along with Aston Villa and Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, missed the Under-21s 1-1 draw with Poland in Bristol last Thursday and was then decided they will not be fit to face Germany on Tuesday (Daily Mail).
