According to The Express, Palace want to sign midfielder Sissoko from Premier League and London rivals Tottenham.
Spurs signed the France international from Newcastle United in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £30m.
It has been reported by The Express that Tottenham will accept an offer of £20m for the 27-year-old midfielder.
Sissoko has struggled to play regularly for Spurs so far this season, creating 16 chances in 17 Premier League appearances.
The Frenchman is largely a squad player at White Hart Lane at the moment, and it is hard to see how he could establish himself in the first team.
