Tottenham Hotspur’s success this season has impressed Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish.

Tottenham have finished in the top four of the Premier League this season, and the North London outfit have also progressed to the final of the Champions League.
Spurs have moved to their new brand new stadium as well, and are now playing at their own home, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino has not had it easy either, as Spurs did not sign any new players in the summer of 2018 or in January 2019.
Palace chairman Parish has praised Spurs for the season they are having in 2018-19, and has suggested that he wants what the North London club have for his supporters.

Parish told The Sun: “Tottenham haven’t always been what they are today. Every Tottenham fan I know was texting me on the night they opened their new stadium and they needed affirmation.
“They didn’t need it. They know what a brilliant stadium they have but they wanted to hear it. What an amazing year they have had.
“They walked into that stadium, they are playing in a Champions League final — that’s what I want for our supporters.”
Progressing
Palace are a major club in England, but the Eagles need major investment in the squad if they are to challenge for top-10 finishes in the Premier League on a regular basis.
Moreover, the Eagles need to keep hold of their best players, such as Wilfried Zaha.
