Could Tottenham Hotspur’s Janssen be off to Crystal Palace this week?

The London Evening Standard reported that Spurs could allow Janssen to leave little more than a year since his £18 million transfer from AZ Alkmaar.

The Dutchman has only scored six goals in 39 appearances for Tottenham, although the vast majority of those were made as a substitute and the chance to play regular football away from north London may appeal.
Both West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City have been linked with moves for Janssen already this summer, but Palace are especially low on recognised strikers with Connor Wickham currently out injured.

And according to the bookies, Palace (13/2) are the second most likely club to sign the Tottenham striker, slightly behind Stoke (4/1) but ahead of West Brom (12/1).
Having said that, Janssen is strongly fancied to remain a Tottenham player (2/5), with Mauricio Pochettino’s side struggling to recruit in his position.
