Crystal Palace fans on Twitter are worried about how their team will react as they will be without Wilfried Zaha ahead of today’s showdown against Leeds.
On a bad day, Leeds are a difficult team to play against and the fact that the top five are the only ones to have scored more goals than them this season is proof of that.
So, today’s Elland Road trip is going to prove to be even more difficult for those from Selhurst Park without their star man.
The positive Palace fans can take from this match is the fact that they did put four past Leeds during the reverse fixture.
More of the same tonight will, of course, be helpful, but there’s no doubt that there work is going to be that more difficult now.
But the upcoming Leeds match shouldn’t be the only worry for Palace supporters because Roy Hodgson didn’t exactly share a convincing update on Zaha’s injury.
Hodgson told Sky Sports that he is unsure how long Zaha will be sidelined for following his hamstring injury and he could be out for ‘much longer’ than just tonight’s match.
