Cristiano Ronaldo went big this Christmas as the Al Nassr star surprised Georgina Rodríguez with two luxury villas on a private Red Sea island in Saudi Arabia.

The couple has added another set of homes to their growing property portfolio. The purchase strengthens their ties to Saudi Arabia, where they have lived since Ronaldo’s move in 2022.

The new villas are the latest sign of the couple’s life of comfort and ambition as they continue to settle into a new chapter away from Europe’s spotlight.

According to HOLA!, the couple is now the owners of two villas within Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence, one of the most exclusive developments in the world.

The project is part of the Red Sea Residences, located on Ummahat Island, 26 kilometres from the mainland and only accessible by seaplane or private boat.

Each home blends contemporary design with Arabic-inspired architecture and features sweeping ocean views, private pools, and telescopes on every deck for stargazing.

One villa has three bedrooms, the other two have both offering direct access to the sea and total seclusion.

Cristiano Ronaldo called the Red Sea “a truly extraordinary place” where he and Georgina “feel at peace.” He said the villas would give them a chance to spend “quality time with family” away from the spotlight, a retreat from their high-profile lives.

The design comes from Foster and Partners, the studio founded by architect Norman Foster, using natural materials and curved structures inspired by seashells. The location is also a hub for marine life, surrounded by coral reefs and home to dolphins, sea turtles, and stingrays.

The gift marks another chapter in Cristiano and Georgina’s relationship, as they prepare for their long-awaited wedding following a decade together. They share five children: Cristiano Jr., twins Eva and Mateo, Alana Martina, and Bella Esmeralda, and continue to build a family life grounded in unity and purpose.

Despite their glamorous lifestyle, Georgina has often spoken about keeping their children humble. She told Elle Spain that she and Cristiano remind them that success comes from hard work, not luck. “We teach them to be fighters and, above all, good people,” she said.

The couple plans to marry after the 2026 World Cup, reportedly in Ronaldo’s hometown of Madeira.

Until then, the Red Sea villas stand as both a symbol of love and a luxurious retreat, a Christmas present only Cristiano Ronaldo could deliver.
