Some Arsenal fans on social media are far from happy with Gary Neville’s comments on the Gunners’ place in the European Super League.

As we all know, the Sky Sports pundit is adamantly against the idea of the formation of the Super League, and while a lot of Arsenal fans are on board with his view, they weren’t best pleased with how he expressed his opinion.

Neville decided to take the opportunity to fire a shot at Arsenal while making his case, claiming that he’d rather watch the champions of San Marino than Arsenal, branding the club a joke.

Of course, he has a point, Arsenal are ninth in the Premier League and if we’re being honest, they don’t deserve to have a seat at the top table of European football.

However, this isn’t the time for point scoring, and Arsenal fans aren’t happy with the fact that Neville has singled them out, especially as his beloved Manchester United have also had their own struggles in recent years.

Here’s what Arsenal fans have been saying about Gary Neville’s comments…
