Leeds United have been linked with the talented teenager and he could be a big hit long term at Elland Road.

According to a recent report from the Daily Star, Leeds United are interested in signing AFC Fylde winger Serhat Tasdemir this summer, and the 17-year-old could complete an impressive attacking trio for the Whites’ U23 side if he ultimately arrives.
For all his mistakes since becoming Leeds’ director of football in 2017, Victor Orta has worked wonders bringing some of the best young talent from across Europe to Elland Road and, coupled with those teenagers that have come through the ranks at Thorp Arch, there is enough to suggest a very bright future for the club.

Strikers Jack Clarke and Kun Temenuzhkov are tipped to be among Leeds’ breakthrough stars (along with Jamie Shackleton) in due course and, if Tasdemir joins them, his ability from the wing could ensure he develops an effective understanding with the impressive forwards.
The alleged Leeds target scored four goals and provided four assists for Fylde this season and he is tipped for bigger things as early as this summer.

Leeds may be struggling to get out of the Championship, but they have the youngsters to ensure they can excel in the top flight when they finally return.
As a result, Tasdemir should seriously consider the Whites ahead of his other suitors, with Leeds unafraid to give youth a chance and ready to unleash some of the best on the continent in the coming years.
