Jordan Jones was wanted by Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers in January.

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has said several times this week that he is still looking for further reinforcements before the transfer window shuts.
Gerrard has claimed that he could sign up to two new players in a bid to help Rangers cope with the rigours of European football, if they qualify for the Europa League proper.
The Gers visit Kilmarnock this afternoon in a League Cup clash and is it possible that Jordan Jones could play his way on to the 38-year-old’s radar?
The Northern Irish winger is rated at around £1 million [The Scotsman] and it’s a player already familiar to Rangers, who saw a £350,000 offer knocked back by Kilmarnock in January.
Killie boss Steve Clarke said the bid was ‘nowhere near acceptable’ [BBC Sport] but it will be interesting to see if a stellar showing from Jones results in Gerrard renewing an interest.
Time is running out and Clark wouldn’t like to sell at this late stage of the window, but money talks at the end of the day and who’s to say that they would even get £1 million now?
After all, Jones, who has two caps for Northern Ireland, has less than a year left on his contract and Team Talk reported this month that he has rejected an extension, meaning Clarke could lose him for free next summer.
If he impresses Gerrard today then it doesn’t seem out of the question that the 38-year-old could do what Graeme Murty failed to do and bring him to Rangers.
