Crystal Palace are reportedly keen on Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko.

According to The Express, Crystal Palace are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur flop Moussa Sissoko – and Spurs are willing to sell for £20million.
Spurs took the bizarre decision to move for Sissoko on transfer deadline day back in August, landing the Frenchman from Newcastle United despite him enduring a miserable campaign as the Magpies were relegated.
Sissoko’s impressive if fleeting showings with France at Euro 2016 seemingly convinced Spurs to make their move, but Sissoko has predictably struggled to make any sort of impact at White Hart Lane.
The 27-year-old midfielder has started just six Premier league games for Spurs, and has just nine total starts to his name having failed to claim a starting spot – and he could now leave the club this summer.
The Express claim that Crystal Palace are keen on Sissoko, with Spurs willing to take a loss and sell him for just £20million, though AC and Inter Milan are also believed to be interested.
Palace’s interest may give Spurs a chance to cut their losses on Sissoko, but it could also present manager Mauricio Pochettino with the perfect opportunity to land one of his long-term transfer targets.
Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha
Having failed with a bid last summer, The Mirror recently reported that Tottenham are confident of sealing a deal for Palace winger Wilfried Zaha this summer, having watched him hit five goals and six assists this season.
Palace will be looking for a fee in the region of £25million to £35million for Zaha, and one way to make sure that Spurs get their man without forking out huge money is to offer cash plus Sissoko for the Ivorian winger.
Sam Allardyce’s men would get a ready-made replacement that they seemingly like already, whilst Spurs and Pochettino would get the winger they’ve wanted for a year, and get Sissoko off their books in what appears to be a sensible enough move for both clubs.
