Should Tottenham Hotspur offer Mousa Dembele and money for Jorginho?

It looks increasingly probable that Mousa Dembele will be leaving Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The 30-year-old Belgium international is out of contract at Tottenham next summer and selling makes sense to avoid losing him for free in 12 months.
According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti is keen on Dembele, but could negotiating with the Italian side help Spurs land Jorginho?

Should Dembele join the Naples outfit then it would be as Jorginho’s replacement and perhaps a player-plus-cash deal would make sense for both clubs.
Manchester City and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in the 26-year-old Brazilian star, but Tottenham may have the upper hand by offering Dembele and a transfer fee in return.
Jorginho is an exceptional player and one who would improve Pochettino’s side in a big way. Dembele is popular among Tottenham fans and they’d hate to lose him, but they might get over it a lot quicker if a Man City and Liverpool target was signed as his replacement.
