Celtic boss Neil Lennon is short on central defense options.

Dedryck Boyata hobbled off injured for Celtic in Sunday’s 2-1 win over Rangers.
With Filip Benkovic already out, it gives Celtic interim boss Neil Lennon a bit of a headache for Wednesday’s trip to St Mirren.
Kristoffer Ajer is certain to start after his heroic display in the Old Firm, but who joins him in central defence?
There are a number of candidates but could Lennon punt for a certain Marvin Compper?
The German defender joined the Hoops in January of 2018 but hasn’t yet made his Premiership debut for the club.
He has been a head-scratching signing by the club, but Lennon, after taking over from Brendan Rodgers in February, revealed last month that Compper might have a future under him.
He said to The Scottish Sun at the time: “He could, yeah. He played a development game on Tuesday and I went to see it. His attitude was excellent.”
Let’s be honest, Compper, a Germany international, is probably a better option than Jack Hendry and it remains to be seen if Lennon rates Jozo Simunovic, who made the bench for the first time under the Northern Irishman at the weekend.
