The Tottenham Hotspur teenager deserves a run out this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been desperate to see teenager Marcus Edwards in action this season, but aside from a 15-minute EFL Cup cameo against Gillingham, the 18-year-old has been out of luck.
Injury scuppered his chances earlier in the campaign. However, he is now fit and firing and it may make sense for Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino to throw him into a match that means little to either side now.
With Tottenham’s title challenge over and Hull’s relegation already confirmed, Sunday could offer Edwards the perfect chance to make his Premier League debut and lay down a marker for the next campaign.
After all, the jewel in Tottenham’s academy crown will be desperate for chances and, after signing a new contract at White Hart Lane, it is time he had the faith of his manager.

The Premier League’s final weekend has a tendency to throw up some interesting selections and bizarre results and Pochettino would lose nothing giving Edwards his bow.
The teenager is the real deal, but until he has the opportunity to make his mark in the top flight, there will be far more talk than action.
Tottenham fans would surely love to see Edwards take to the field against the Tigers and it could be the start of a wonderful career in North London.
