Macedonian ace Elif Elmas is reportedly a target for Premier League giants Spurs and Manchester City, but what about Championship flyers Leeds United?

Elif Elmas is far from a household name. Not yet anyway.
The 19-year-old Fenerbahce midfielder is a new name in the gossip columns with Turkish Football reporting that both Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are keen to bring him to England.
And you can see why. Despite his tender age, Elmas has established himself at the heart of Fenerbahce’s midfield ahead of experienced old pros like Mehmet Topal, making 12 appearances in all competitions.
And with Leeds United needing to add a little more depth to their squad if they are to end a long exile from the Premier League, perhaps Marcelo Bielsa’s side should consider joining the race for the teenage enforcer.
The presence of Gianni Alioski in the Elland Road dressing room should make Leeds a potential left-field option after all. Because Alioski knows Elmas well from his time in the Macedonian national team.

And Leeds should utilise their 26-year-old winger to try and tempt Elmas to West Yorkshire.
Yes, Manchester City and Tottenham would offer him the chance to play for one of the Premier League’s most talented and exciting sides but first-team minutes would seem to be few and far between under Mauricio Pochettino and Pep Guardiola.
But Bielsa’s willingness to give youth a chance, and the fact that Leeds have a small squad that would possibly benefit from rotation, suggests that reuniting with Alioski at Elland Road would sensible.
