West Ham United finally look to have got their man in England goalkeeper Joe Hart.
According to BBC Sport, the Manchester City man will take in a loan move to London Stadium, having again failed to win favour with Pep Guardiola.
But the Hammers’ goalkeeping reshuffle may not end there – and, in fact, Hart’s signing could mean the club have to hunt another stopper.
Adrian and Darren Randolph have shared first team responsibilities in recent seasons – the former starting 16 Premier League games to the latter’s 22 last term.
And having entertained two keepers previously, West Ham could now struggle to keep one of the pair happy as a back-up to Hart, who, earning £120,000 a week from the club according to The Sun, will surely be a regular.
Indeed, Adrian has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace in the Daily Mail, while the Chronicle reports Randolph could be an option for Newcastle United.
If West Ham struggled to recruit a first choice keeper, they may now face an even trickier task in finding someone willing to sit behind Hart at a mid-table club.
Hart’s signing was key to the Hammers’ progression this summer, but it could be that his arrival creates yet more problems.
