Tottenham Hotspur have an exciting new French winger on their books.

Tottenham Hotspur spent so long pursuing Georges-Kevin N’Koudou this summer that after months of speculation fans were wondering if he was worth the effort.
After only four substitute appearances for Spurs it seems the answer is yes, with the young Frenchman showing the skillset that any good winger needs to excel in the Premier League.

While N’Koudou did a good job against Gillingham in the EFL Cup it was his cameo performance in the Champions League against CSKA Moscow that really caught the eye, with the 21-year-old adding the pace and unpredictability needed to ultimately break the Russian side down.
Tottenham have not had the best of luck with foreign wingers in recent years, with many impressing sporadically at best. But N’Koudou looks like the real deal and while it is very early days he has the potential to be the most exciting non-British wide man at White Hart Lane since David Ginola.

The former France international featured 103 times for Tottenham, and while his goal return of 13 is nothing to write home about it was his all round play and confidence on the ball that dazzled.
N’Koudou has that same flair and in time he could become one of Tottenham’s key players both domestically and in Europe. After all, the early signs are extremely encouraging.
When it comes to recent British players, Gareth Bale clearly tops the charts in terms of Tottenham wide men, but N’Koudou will be hoping to follow in his countryman’s footsteps and create a legacy for himself in North London the way only the most exciting players can.
