Tammy Abraham helped Aston Villa earn promotion to the Premier League last term, as Eddie Nketiah will be hoping to do the same at Leeds United if he makes the reported switch.

Whilst Aston Villa enjoyed play-off glory last season, Leeds United suffered heartbreak at the semi-final hurdle as their quest to reach the Premier League continues.
Over the summer, Leeds have conducted a number of deals as they bid to give themselves the best possible chance of earning promotion this season.
Before Thursday’s deadline hits, Leeds could potentially add another striker to their ranks in the form of Arsenal man Eddie Nketiah, according to BBC Sport.
Just like Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, striker Nketiah is a highly-rated London product, who is bursting to showcase his talent either at the Emirates Stadium, or like Abraham did, at another club.
Last season, Abraham did just that for Aston Villa, as he scored 26 goals over the course of the season and helped them earn promotion to the Premier League.

Despite being at the club for one season, he is now an Aston Villa hero, and whether or not he puts on the Claret & Blue shirt again, he has written his name into the legendary books.
If Nketiah can follow in the footsteps of Abraham and be that player that helps a sleeping giant earn promotion then he’ll feel find himself in the same boat as Abraham.
More than likely, that Abraham type of impact from Nketiah might just do the unthinkable and help Leeds earn promotion.
A lot has to happen in order for Nketiah to achieve that. First of all, he has to sign on the dotted line, but just like Abraham, there’s no doubt that the talent is there for him to score the goals they crave to see.
