Javier Hernandez could face a fight to win his place back in West Ham United’s team.

David Moyes could be on collison course with Javier Hernandez again at West Ham United.
Hernandez is now back and available, and was left on the substitutes’ bench in West Ham’s last match against Arsenal.
The Mexican forward came on late on the contest, as the Hammers picked up a 0-0 draw, and he almost changed the game.

Hernandez was presented with a great chance in the last minute, but he hit the bar.
While it was totally understandable why Moyes left Hernandez out of his starting line-up against Arsenal, his place in the team is very much under threat.
Moyes has gone out of his way to praise Michail Antonio’s and Marko Arnautovic’s in public this week, with the pair linking well up-front.
Antonio and Arnautovic have provided pace and power to West Ham’s attacking ranks, and Moyes seemingly has no intention to drop either of the pair any time in the near future.

Hernandez, therefore, could have a wait until he gets his chance to start again at West Ham and that could be bad news for Moyes.
The Scottish boss and Hernandez had a strained relationship when Moyes was in charge at Manchester United, earlier in their respective careers.
Hernandez felt he should have played more for United when Moyes was in charge, but he was never given a chance.
And it seems that there may be a chance that history could repeat itself, as there is no obvious way for Hernandez to get back into West Ham’s team right now.
