The Sunderland boss will visit a club he knows very well this Saturday when he takes the Black Cats to Everton. Can he get a valuable three points?

David Moyes, in charge of Sunderland, will return to Goodison Park this coming Saturday for the first time since April 20th 2014.
On that day, a Leighton Baines penalty and a Kevin Mirallas strike proved the difference for Everton. Both players are likely to play this Saturday, and the similarities do not end there.
Moyes went into that fixture on the verge of losing his job at the helm of Manchester United, and the result saw him subsequently sacked two days later.
Could a similar fate greet him, if the result does not go in his favour again?
Sunderland currently sit bottom of the Premier League table with only 19 points. However, only two points separate 20th from 17th place.
It is hard to know exactly which Sunderland will turn up for the early kick off this Saturday. Bizarrely, their last two games have seen the club win 4-0 (Crystal Palace) and lose 4-0 (Southampton).
Everton are overwhelming favourites, and deservedly so. The Toffee’s have not lost a league game for over two months and striker Romelu Lukaku is in outstanding form.

Ross Barkley has also been in improved form, and he could come up against a quartet of old Evertonians (Rodwell, Lescott, Gibson and Oviedo), who like their manager, will be returning to their old stomping ground.
It will be a tough ask for Moyes and the Black Cats, however, given how Sunderland seemingly always narrowly avoid relegation. Could this be the start of this year’s revival or the beginning of the end for Moyes once again?
