Leicester may have the edge over Everton and West Ham when it comes to signing Jack Grealish from Aston Villa.

Villa’s 1-0 playoff final defeat to Fulham means they now have to find £45million before next season in order not to breach Financial Fair Play rules.

With the Birmingham club valuing Grealish in excess of £25million, the sale of their academy product could go a long way to plugging that gap.
Where will he go?
Everton, Leicester City and West Ham United have emerged as early favourites to sign the midfielder and it could be the Foxes that have the advantage.

That is because Grealish knows Leicester duo Ben Chilwell and Demarai Gray well from their time spent together playing for the England Under-21s.
Not only that but the 22-year-old has grown up in the Midlands, so a move to the King Power Stadium could still allow Grealish to remain in the area, something that would not be possible if he joined either Everton or West Ham.
