Glasgow Rangers striker Ryan Hardie is out of contract at Ibrox at the end of the season.

While Ryan Hardie appears to be making the most of his spell away from Rangers, it appears uncertain whether he will be at Ibrox next season with transfermarkt reporting that he is out of contract with the Gers in the summer.
Hardie has been hugely impressive on loan at Livingston, scoring five in six league games and clinching the Player of the Month award for March. Nevertheless, his future remains in limbo heading into the final months of the season.

So perhaps the news that he has been included in Scotland’s under-21 side for their European Championship qualifier with Andorra later this month should leave Hardie feeling that he has a perfect opportunity to send a message to his parent club if they are still deciding whether to hand him a new deal.
Alongside Hardie in the squad is Greg Docherty, who made the move to Rangers during the January transfer window. Striking up any kind of partnership with the midfielder would prove to be a hugely encouraging sight for Gers fans for further down the line provided that the striker remains at the club next season.

Meanwhile, there are players such as Oliver Burke once again involved, so Hardie, if he gets out on the pitch, can expect some very good service if the Premier League winger is darting down the line and looking to get balls into the box.
If Hardie wants to earn a new deal with Rangers, he will need to make the most of every appearance he gets under his belt. And if he gets the chance to play for Scotland’s U21s next Friday, he may have the ideal platform to send a statement to Graeme Murty with such quality players set to line up alongside him.
