Everybody knows Tottenham Hotspur’s Joe Hart as a goalkeeper but, believe it or not, he can play a bit too.
Well, he can certainly shoot anyway.
Spurs’ Twitter account posted some training-ground footage of Hart and team-mate Alfie Whiteman this morning.
In one drill, the 33-year-old is required to save shots from a Tottenham coach and then score on Whiteman – their third-choice option between the sticks – who occupied two mini-goals some 20 yards away.
And the footage showed the former England international rippling Whiteman’s nets with some surprisingly-crisp finishes, leaving the young stopper with no chance.
Here’s how some Tottenham fans reacted to the video on Twitter today:
It’s been a fairly okay first season for Hart in North London.
Daniel Levy brought him to Hotspur Way on a Bosman last summer and Hart has managed 10 games across all competitions, though none in the Premier League due to Hugo Lloris being Jose Mourinho’s number one.
