Stefan Johansen left Celtic for £2 million in 2016.

Brendan Rodgers is almost two years in the job as Celtic boss and the Northern Irishman has proven a major success both on and off the field.
Rodgers has effectively delivered five trophies to the Parkhead club already, and victory over Old Firm rivals Rangers on Sunday would see them move within 90 minutes of back-to-back trebles.
So much of that success is down to an exceptional transfer policy and the whether it’s selling players or buying them, the former Liverpool manager is often proven right.
He is, however, only human and mistakes on the transfer front are inevitable every now and then – and could Stefan Johansen represent one big one come next month?

Celtic sold Johansen to Fulham for a cool £2 million in 2016, with the playmaker revealing to Get West London last year that the 45-year-old made it clear to him that he was not needed.
He said: “I didn’t sign a new contract in the summer, and didn’t play at Celtic. The manager at Celtic said it was obvious I needed to sort out a new club.”
But fast forward almost two years and the Norwegian star might well be a Premier League player come next season.
The Cottagers occupy the second and last automatic promotion spot with four games left and although £2 million seemed decent value at the time, would it really represent a good deal if the 27-year-old – who scored the goal which propelled the Londoners above Cardiff City on Tuesday – were to have a good season in the top flight?
