Chelsea manager Graham Potter has told Football.London that he does not think that Arsenal star Bukayo Saka is a player who dives.
Potter made the comments after Arsenal’s win against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in London on Sunday afternoon.
Brazilian defender Gabriel scored the only goal of the match in the second half.
England international star Saka provided the assist.
The win means that Arsenal remain at the top of the Premier League table.
For now.
Chelsea are in danger of not finishing in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
For now.
There were one or two incidents where the Chelsea players were not happy with Saka going to ground, but Potter does not think that the £70,000-a-week (The Daily Mail) is a player who dives.

Chelsea boss Graham Potter on Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka
Potter said when asked if Saka dived in the first half: “I think there was one action was a bit contentious but I don’t think he’s that type of player.”
We find it very encouraging that Chelsea manager Graham Potter does not think that Bukayo Saka is a diver.
Because he is not.
Potter is a very good manager who does not mince his words, and if he thought that Saka is a player who dives, then he would have said so.
That the Chelsea boss did not tear into Saka after a loss shows his character.
