West Bromwich Albion defender Conor Townsend was selected to start against Blackburn Rovers.

Townsend impressed in West Brom’s last match against Blackburn Rovers, which they drew 1-1.
The left-back was making just his second league start of the campaign, after being forced out of the team by Kieran Gibbs so far this season.
But Townsend hopes that he now has Moore asking questions over who is the best left-back available to Albion at this moment in time.
“I have had to be patient because the team has been doing really well and Gibbo has been playing very well,” he said.
“I’ve not had any complaints, but I’ve been working hard trying to put myself in the manager’s thoughts.
“But I believe there’s only so much you can do in training. Hopefully now I’ve been given a chance I’ve done enough to at least give him a headache and make him question whether to play me.”

West Brom’s defence has looked far from sturdy this season, so alterations may need to be made.
Whether Gibbs’ place is under threat remains to be seen though, as he is one of the Baggies’ most experienced full-backs.
Gibbs has been in good form this season, and once he returns from injury he is expected to come straight back into Moore’s side.
West Brom are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Hull City at the KC Stadium.
