Jimenez had a goal wrongly disallowed for offside just before the break
And Coady said: “We found out at half-time (that it wasn’t offside) and it’s disappointing when that happens, when you’re playing a team like Spurs you need everything to go with you.
“You don’t need those breaks. It’s tough anyway and when the officials make a bad decision like that it gets even harder.”
Things actually got worse for Wolves after the break, as Harry Kane’s goal put Tottenham 3-0 up in the contest.
However, Nuno’s side showed their fighting spirit to make a real game of it late on.
