Leeds United have signed York City teenager.

Ryan Edmondson’s former coach has congratulated the youngster on making the move from York City to Leeds United.
A photo has since been uploaded onto Twitter of Edmonson at Leeds’ Thorp Arch, and his former coach has wished him well on his big move.
Edmondson, 16, has already made first team appearances for York City.
Leeds are yet to make an announcement regarding Edmondson, although the club do not always make a big deal of signings made below first team level.
Even so the youngster is a bright prospect for the future, and will hope to make an impact for the club’s under-18 and under-23 sides.
Leeds signed several young players from abroad over the summer, but this deal shows once again they are keeping an eye on more local talent too.
