According to The Herald, Rangers are interested in bringing Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Dan Glazer to Ibrox.
It was stated that Rangers were battling a number of English Championship sides for Glazer, with interest mounting.
However, The Scottish Sun claim that whilst Middlesbrough and Watford are interested, Rangers aren’t actually pursuing Glazer.
They state that even though Rangers are in the market for a holding midfielder, Glazer isn’t a name on Steven Gerrard’s radar.
Glazer, 23, has come up through the Maccabi ranks having been born in Tel Aviv, and he has now made 79 first-team appearances for the club.

On Friday, Glazer will be in Scotland, as Israel travel to take on Steve Clarke’s Scotland side at Hampden Park in the UEFA Nations League.
Glazer may well be looking to impress some English and Scottish sides with his performance, but it seems that Rangers won’t be paying close attention.
